The year 2008 was the most successful year in the bollywood industry as because most of the film released in the year were hit. Nor only that few of them brought records in the industry. Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s last film “Rab ne bana di Jodi” was not only hit but the film became the higgest grosser of all time of both Shahrukh Khan and the Yash Raj films. The film got success in the overseas also. It made a gross revenue of Rs. 180 crore within five weeks of it’s release. The film was released just after the mumbai attack and the huge doubt came into the mind of the film maker whether it would be hit or not. But the movie grabbed a net revenue of Rs. 83 crore which is the higgest grosser of Yash Raj films.
